Klopek house right in my city

Remember when I told you about that old house on the border of our city? A jewish family used to live there and the urban legend says, since it was killed there during World War 2, the souls of the family are still there, hunting the old masonry at night.

Due to the fact that obviously nobody dares to touch that house it looks kind of weather-beaten. I guess the Klopeks would buy or rent it without hesitation, for them it's the perfect place to live.

Interesting. I guess you haven't ventured inside. There was an old house by a lake I used to fish at that I always wanted to go into - large enough to be spooky, ie numerous rooms with upstairs and downstairs, but I was concerned the floorboards would be rotten and that I would break through them (even before I saw the Burbs and Ray and Mark on the Klopeks porch)

I'd be snooping that place in a Southeast Asian heartbeat, assuming it was fairly structurally sound.
