LOL... see, this is exactly what I mean. There are so many new, yet familiar directions you can go with this idea that would stay true to the original concept. I used to think there'd be no chance of any more Burbs movies after all these years but I'm not so sure anymore. Hollywood sure has been going back to the well time and again lately to tap on its past successes. Didn't they just release a straight-to-DVD sequel to 1983's Wargames? It only took that 25 years...LOL!
