Oh No Ray!

NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOO (zoom zoom).

Everybody still healthy?

California is getting crazy. Schools are still in but people keep draining the stores of just Toilet paper?!? Everything else is good supply.

We've already begun our warm weather which typically ends the flu season so we'll see if we ignite like Italy in the coming days.

Here in Germany we are gradually increasing the measures. Some federal states prohibit events with more than 50 participants. In our federal state all schools and daycare centres will be closed from Monday onwards. This means quite a lot of effort for a lot of people. And since I work in a personnel department: quite a lot of telephone calls with concerned employees :)

Coronavirus is starting to suck, man.

Yes, here in California it is about the same. Limits on public gathering, schools just closed starting Monday and the Panic buying has begun!

At first, for some strange reason it was just toilet paper. This weekend it has extended beyond the paper aisle and now the produce and breads are all gone at my nearest store, yet the more durable goods are stocked? I don't think Californians know how to panic buy.

Stay safe neighbors!

Californians and Germans seem to think very similarly, at least when it comes to panic buying. Here it was also first the toilet paper that was sold out everywhere.

I heard today that in France the focus was on red wine and condoms. That's what I call setting the right priorities.

There is a palpable concern about another baby boom generation being created here with all the peoples hold up and confined to quarters.

9 months from now........look out!
