Painting

New to the board, old to the 'Burbs. I have a question regarding Werner Klopek's painting that so befuddles Rumsfield. What is it and had anyone seen anything hidden in it? One time my dad found Satan in it but since then I have never been able to see anything but a bag full of blood and an iv drip....

I apologize in advance if this has already been spoken of, but I can't remember seeing anything about it on the board - I always chuckle at Rummy's fascination with Werner's painting, ESPECIALLY when he tries to keep looking at it after Klopek turns it over the 'right' way. He's looking so intently for something suspicious within it. It just looks like a medical operation or something to me...

Is he right though? Does anyone notice anything strange about the picture?
