You can see them the best when the Klopeks leave for the the university. The shot when the car wheels roll over the garbage; you can see the bingo cards.

I loved the scene in "The naked gun" when Leslie Nielsen was snooping around in the office, opened the desk and said "Bingo!" suggesting he found was he was looking for, but pulled out a simple Bingo - card.
