So, what do you guys think of the group Queen and their music? to be honest, i only really like their songs Bohemian Rhapsody and I want to break free (hilarious music video) <3

I remember seeing a program about artists that died before their time and such, and they mentioned freddie mercury and they were like "omg people were soooo shocked when they found out he was gay."... wtf? lols anyway, i remember on this show here in norway, where they have like tree artists/celebs in two groups with one piano-player, and they are like supposed to guess what song is listed infront of them with just some clues and single words etc (i dont think it's our original idea, most of the time we use ideas for shows that are from the uk, like "have i got news for you") so there was this guy there who sang bohemian rhapsody. and wow, it was so amazing. he knew every little detail from the song by heart.. and he sang the whole frigging song! LOL

i'm not so fond of the hysterical parts of bohemian rhapsody, but the beginning and the end of the song.. mmmm <333 love it - as for I want to break free, i love it all, lols
 
Never liked them. As a drummer, I've a lot more respect for Roger Taylor (drummer) from Duran Duran, than from that blonde, frizzy haired ponce Roger Taylor from Queen. I suppose I got to give some credit to B.R. though.

 
They're not my favorites by any means but I enjoy some of their songs...most notably 'Under Pressure.' I do own a couple of their DVDs but no albums.
 
Queen were OK. The guitarist is a genius. He has a PhD in astrophysics and, I think, created the electronics that gave his guitar that unique sound. Bohemian Rhapsody is a good song, but they were, for the most part, a niche band in my opinion.
 
What's wrong with you burbanians?!

Queen is like, AWESOME. Sure some of the songs were cheesy, but the older stuff was rockin'.
And Freddie Mercury's vocals....wow..
 
There again...one of the best front men...like Dave Lee Roth.
 
David Lee Roth? That was the lead singer of Van Halen, right?

Had a few solo hits like "Just a gigolo" and "Californian Girls".

Is he still active?
 
I thought his solo stuff was rubbish LOL Yeah californian girls, going crazy, tobacco road...

Love Van Halen.
 
Id love to see them but - boy....have they AGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
