LOL, sounds like the "Matchbox" town I had in the 80's with little gas pumps, car washing bays and so on. This time we have a wonderful cul-de-sac with folding houses, garages, backyards, cellars. The Klopek house is even glowing at night and making weird sounds.
 
Yeah, a battery operated Klopek house. You could even have Art on the power pole. With one snip of the cables he turns off their power.
 
Something else I always thought would be cool would be a Bobble Hans. But instead of his head bobbling when you touch him he would violently flinch...
