I have literally watched "The 'Burbs" every night (sometimes twice) for I think two months straight. Saw it back in 1989 when it was in the theaters. So glad to find a community of fellow lovers of this flick!!!

Well, then you came to the right place on the net. :D

I´ve left the Burbs DVD permanently in the DVD player (as I don´t use DVDs so much anymore anyway after Netflix & youtube), so whenever I feel "Burbsy", I just press play - have a few beers (dang...it´s been a few hundred beers to that movie I can tell ya)...and watch on.

It's the only movie I can watch over and over again and enjoy more each time.

I have to have watched a couple hundred times.

One of my favorite things is showing it to people who have never seen it. Good way to get a true gauge on a person, too.
