Wow,that guy is the master!Why have I never heard of him before?What band does he play in?
 
I believe he has always been kind of a solo artist and never played in a band. He writes the songs himself and then masterly plays them.

Joe kicks ass! I've been a fan since the 80's. I've seen him live about 5 times. He's an amazing guitar player! If you ever have the chance, go see him. I can play the Summer Song on guitar (took me months to get it right). ROCK ON!
