To what purpose? Abort them? Throw them in jail before they are 3 years old so they don't have the chance to commit crimes. I suppose if there was some way to vary their education to discourage any criminal behavior that would be a good idea as long as it did not interfere with life, libery and the pursuit of happiness (Sorry, U.S. Constitution there). Huge potential for abuse, though.
 
Siskel and Ebert hated The 'Burbs when it came out, I think they gave it one star. Boy were they way off base.

As for this DNA database thing, if the government wants my DNA, they are gonna have to come pry it from my cold dead hands. Or they could perform an X rated act. Either way I'm gonna make it tough on them hehehe

Thank you sir. The way I see it, my body belongs to me, not the government. I should be able to do what I want with it because supposedly we are free. A DNA database would shred The Constitution and Bill of Rights just a little more. It wouldn't be for our protection, it'd be so they could control us that much more.


......Unless you were talking about Siskel & Ebert being wrong about the burbs lol
 
The thing is this: surrendering civil liberties and rights...for 'security'. The best way to hear it plain and simple is by George Carlin :)
