THE BURBS is back in theaters!!!!!! Aug 27/28 2010!!!!

Yeah I never saw it on the big screen as well. In 1989 I was 8 / 9 years old and didn't even know this movie existed. :(
 
3D movies seem to be coming back into vogue, and they're even redoing some older movies to be re-released in theaters in 3D, including Titanic in 2012. As unlikely a candidate as it may seem, I would LOVE to see the Burbs re-released in 3D! That would be awesome!
 
I would go see that! Hell, I'd watch the 'burbs in 1D...LOL
 
Especially the "No tan lines" scene could be interesting in 3D.
