Could she really be a member of the Klopek family? I know she didn't look like the Klopeks! But hey...

Maybe they used her to masquerade as a real estate agent?
 
Another good theory. If she was a part of the Klopek clan, they could have easily used her as a real estate decoy..
 
But Hans wouldn't have said "It came with `da frame!"

If they wanted to make the impression of being normal, he could have just replied "That's my sister" or something like that.
 
Maybe they didn't want her to be recognised for a photo fit for the police? Just dismiss her as the picture that came with the frame.

Yep,I think that too Art.
As for the relative part remember how Marlyin on the Munsters looked.She looked nothin like the rest of the family. :D
 
I think the Munsters filmed on the same lot as the Burbs was.
So yeah, a possible reference..
