the paper boy throws the papers not just at houses but actual people (Ray)

then when hans comes out on the porch for the first time he grabs the paper thats neatly tucked into the bottom portion of the mailbox where the paper goes, i find it hard to believe that kid would get off his bike just for that house

does this seem legit or am i stretching ???

p.s. if i could ask just one question to the cast or director etc. it would be ... in the beginning was it planned or accident that ricky butler spills the paint would love to know

Welcome Jack321!

I'm betting ol' Reub scared the pants off him one time and threatened to ring his neck and ever since he's been putting up on the porch just for the Klopeks.

Good Question!

Good question indeed

In the intro the paperboy doesn't send the paper to the Klopeks, you can see him very briefly riding in front of their house, he didn't stop nor threw the paper.

My guess would be that the mailman who is in a deleted scene put the paper there or it's aother delivery man, not sure if the post office guys can be in charge of the newspaper in the US.

Good question indeed. Hm, I also believe that the paperboy and one of the Klopeks might have had a brief encounter once that scared the kid off for the rest of his life. So whenever he passes the Klopek's house he simply decides to not deliver any paper to them. Just like in that Paperboy game I once had on the NES, there also was this spooky house that you didn't deliver :)

Maybe Landru chased the paperboy, and now has to live in the basement.
