I have a few favourite quotes from Art, but Rueben, Rumsfield and Ray also have some classics. Let's take a poll on your choice of the top 3! Mine are:

ART - Mutilations...MUTILATIONS!

MARK - In Southeast Asia we'd call this type of thing "bad karma"

UNCLE REUBEN - It was parked outside ALL DAY!!!!!!
 
My top 3 quotes have to be:

1. "Don't you make a move sonny. I was eighteen months in the bush and I could snap your neck in a heartbeat." - Mark Rumsfield

2. "I've been blown up, take me to the hospital." - Ray Peterson

3. "You were up at the crack of dawn watching a dog poop." - Carol Peterson

That was a hard decision because there are so many GREAT lines in the entire movie.

 
I was 9 when I 1st experienced "The Burbs". I eventually bought it & re-wound the vhs so many times of

I love Ray's rant at the end of the movie!

the mutilations line is perfect. i love it to pieces. little, fleshy pieces...
