Your Favourite Little Known Films

I don't know how this one slipped my mind? Much like The 'Burbs, I fell in love with this movie the first time I saw it back in 1999.

Despite the great cast this movie flew under EVERYONES radar. We got actors like Josh Hartnett, Elijah Wood, Salma Hayek and Robert Patrick to name a few.

It's about a small town being take over by aliens and a group of highschoolers have to fight off the alien invasion.
 
I love the Faculty! I watch it every October for my Halloween Movie Month.

It has such a great cast and Elijah Wood is great.
 
Thanks for the reminder about The Faculty. I saw it once the day it came out on DVD, really liked it, and I've never seen it since. I'll definitely be watching it again now. I totally forgot about it.
 
I saw it in cinema back when it came out in '98 and never saw it again since I remember not liking it very much. I knew it was from the same guy who directed Desperado and From Dusk till Dawn and was expecting waaaaaaayyyy more than what I saw.
 
Speaking of little know movies and expectations.

I remember me and a bunch of school-buddies went to see TITAN AE (it's an animation hybrid sort of...), and we didn't expect much from the movie, the trailer sort of sucked.

But we got surprised beyond our belief - the movie did NOT suck.


 
Time Bnadits has a huge cult following. Been a long time since I watched that.

Yes it does, but I have yet to meet anyone in real life who has seen it.
 
More great-looking films that I've never seen. Titan AE and Time Bandits added to my list!
