Dana Olsen's cameo

Is it the cop that Carol Peterson talks to when she is crossing the crime scene tape?
 
I think that Rance Howard is the old detective with the black detective. He is the one that reads the list of charges to Ray " and that poor old man says he has a ransom note that claims you kidnapped his dog." He is wearing a suit and tie like a detective. The guy I was talking about is first guy Carol runs into when she is crossing the crime scene tape. Check these out.

Oh yeah there's no mistaking Rance, you can see Ritchie Cunningham in him :)

There's the guy who says "Did I ask ya?" when Carol crosses the tape...

Yeah, that's gotta be him. I thought as you did it was the first cop that showed up. I think some of the ladies are disappointed.

OK, I found two pics of a Dana Olsen:

The first one is from an agency which is located in Chicago, Illinois.

And according to Wikipedia, Olsen resides in Wilmette, Illinois.

Does he look like any of the cops?
