Dana Olsen's cameo

Dana Olson is the one who runs down the charges being filed against Ray. "Do you hear me okay, Mr. Peterson?"
He also has a small role in an episode of Seinfeld. He plays a blind man that George Costanza trades glasses with at his gym.

 
Trespassing....destroying private property....destroying public party...vandalism...and the old man says you have a ransom note because you kidnapped his dog!!! Do you hear me ?

He's the cop who stops Carol (Carrie Fisher) as she's trying to get to the crime scene at the end and Ricky Butler says he can vouch for her bc she's Mrs. Peterson.
 
Yep, that's right.

The cop who reads Ray his charges is Rance Howard, the father of Ron Howard.

Did we ever find out WHO Dana Olsen is? Has anyone seen him? Did he just up and disappear? No one ever hears from him again? Gone. Vanished. We don't know where the hell he is!
 
How could he be working if there was a writers strike going on!?! The plot thickens...

Seriously though, I suspect he could work as an actor during this same time without crossing the writers picket line.
