Well I can imagine a few ladies from my former employer where this would have been a great, really, really great idea but in most cases...NAH!

Yeah, I heard about it. Well, she made a mistake and now she's paying the price for it. I hope she'll learn from this. Of course it's immoral and bad from the other guy as well but infidelity deserves its punishment.
