Dan, you ever seen the original Flight Of The Phoenix? Ive seen it a billion times...funny thing, Ive been in bed all day today (first illness in 2 years) and watched it in bed on DVD. Love that movie.

I have never seen the original (with Jimmy Stewart). I didn't even know it existed until you mentioned it. I will have to check it out.

Maybe it's just me, but i can never stand how they show people so hyped up and jubilant over soda, potato chips,,etc. There must be something pretty special in the drink..

Or their lives are so pathetic that a new potato chip is earthshattering.

The Gilette / McDonalds commercial is very funny. So he's going there each and every day in order to have the unique opportunity to shave himself? Alright...

The thing you mentioned about being hyped up over sweets and fat: that's the other side of the coin. It conveys the wrong impression of being in a good mood once the sugar is floating through your body.

For example this commercial:

First I thought, this was a funny commercial but then I thought that unhealthy fast food should not be offered to children / pupils like that. "Problems in school? We all have them. So let's have a burger and a coke and everything will be alright."

hahahaha yeah I know. If he's going their every (ALLL)day, he'll have a few chins to style. ;)

Oh that McDonald's school kids ad...oh my..hahahaha "You NEED a PASS!" I loved when the kid figured out how to train the water fountain, and then popped his collar. hahaha

But a sad commercial, nonetheless.

Speaking of McDonald's..I think this is the funniest ad I've ever seen of theirs.

I hope the seamonster can cope with a few calories more :D Indeed a very funny commercial.

Do you already know this one?

Ahh, the 80's. The music, movies, clothes, and attitude were the best.

Some days, when I get lazy with my hair..I wish that big hair would come back in style. hehehe All I'd have to do is run a brush through mine a few times, and BAM! I'm back.

FYI: I haven't brushed my hair in years.

Don't let that fact scare you...I never brush it when it's dry. After I shower, and wash my hair, yadda yadda, I comb it, gel it, scrunch it, and I'm set!

As long as it's not damp outside you just can seem to do anything with your hair!

One thing about chicks...they don't ever leave the house without scrunching their hair...no sir...Bonnie left this house...in a big hurry...
