(By the way, I haven't posted here for ages. Life knocked me down a few weeks ago and kept kicking me every time I tried to get up. Hopefully the worst is over now and I can get back to normal. I missed this place.)

Btw2:

Visiting places like this is exactly what you should do when life gets you down. You're not alone (I have no clue what you have been trough), but a lot of us (me - included!) suffers from time to time. Just recently, my life was REALLY hard...so hard I was wondering what to do with the scraps of my existence, if you look at me you wouldn't guess it...but just so you understand:

We need more FUN in our lives. Life is TOO SHORT to let it fade away into that green night (neighbor take flight).
Do something you really want to do. Today! Tomorrow it may be too late.

Mine hasn't come yet, but when it does, they'll be the first thing I watch.

This Blu-Ray would also be a great excuse to get a Playstation 4 :D

Got my blu ray! I'm watching the making of right now!

I don't know if anyone else has watched the workprint version yet, but there is a lot of great stuff in there. No cheerleader ending, though.

Can you tell me how much extra minutes the workprint runs compared to the pal version (in europe the movie runs 97 min and 10 sec) ?

I've heard that in The Tales of Two Burbs, Joe Dante talks about filmed but not kept scenes, and scenes that were planned to be filmed but didn't.

Hmm, I'll tell you all the new scenes I remember off the top of my head. I can get a better list later, but I'm not at home right now.

-There are added lines for Bonnie, the Garbage men, and many others throughout
-Barbeque scene
-Different scene when they break into Walter's house
-The scene where Art and Ray are digging is longer.
-There is a scene in the Klopek kitchen.
-There is a scene introducing Ricky's other friends.

That's all I remember off the top of my head. I'll make a better list later.

Thanks very much.Anything concerning the mailman scene ?

No, the mailman was not in it. I actually forgot to look out for that, but no.

Looks as if Uncle Reube here is our first board member to actually have the pleasure of watching the Arrow DVD. Damn, I haven't even ordered it yet...
